The Emergency Response, Safety, and Ethics Subcommittee discussed key issues reflecting unresolved tensions within the board
Excellent analysis! The compromises of the legislative process, the “we will get to those later,” are striking back, hard.
Particularly interesting is the gap (and ensuing conflicts) between Regulated Access (this Board) and Personal Use (no oversight, as intended).
Great summary of the topics and challenges. Seems like, for now, there is definitely a lean towards a more regulated system. Going to be tough for traditional practitioners to be regulated by guidelines designed by governmental agencies who are constricted by regulations.
